DCT Gearbox Flash

Our DCT Gearbox Flash is available exclusively for BMW F8X M models equipped with a DCT gearbox. This service updates the transmission software to enhance shift speed, responsiveness, and overall driving behaviour while retaining OEM safety parameters.

Customers have the option to flash their gearbox to CS or GTS specifications, delivering sharper shift characteristics and a more performance-focused driving experience.

The flash is carried out using professional BMW programming tools to ensure correct integration with the vehicle’s systems. In-person flashing is always recommended, as it is more stable than remote flashing and minimises the risk of interruption during the process.

This is a software-only service and is not plug and play. The vehicle must be mechanically sound, and any underlying hardware faults must be resolved prior to flashing. If incorrect or faulty hardware is present, the service will still be considered complete and no refund will be issued.

For customers unable to attend in person, a remote flashing session may be offered. This requires a Windows laptop, stable Wi-Fi, and an ENET cable.
