MrBMWCoding (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the operator of this website. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is provided to ensure clarity, set expectations, and protect both parties.
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. While we aim to keep stock levels accurate, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include:
- Waiting for the item to be restocked
- Dispatching available items separately
- Processing a refund for the affected item(s)
Shipping Costs
We do not charge for shipping.
All orders are shipped free of charge unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Lead Times & Dispatch
Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered and stock location:
- Most products have an approximate lead time of 7–14 working days
- Steering wheels typically require 3–4 weeks, unless confirmed as UK stock
- The majority of pre-made (non-custom) steering wheels are usually kept in stock, although availability cannot be guaranteed at all times
All lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dispatch times do not include courier transit time.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
UK Delivery
UK delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination. Once dispatched, delivery is handled entirely by the courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier network issues
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are outside of our control
- All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
- We do not refund or reimburse customs-related costs under any circumstances
If customs fees are refused:
- The goods may be returned to us at the customer’s expense
- A refund may be issued for the value of the goods only, excluding any return shipping costs, provided the item is returned in its original condition
- If goods are not returned to us, no refund will be issued
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided:
- Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier
- Courier proof of delivery is considered confirmation of successful delivery
- Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location
Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses
- Orders returned due to address errors
Any re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Tracking updates are supplied by the courier and may not update in real time.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging and contents.
If a parcel is lost in transit:
- An investigation will be conducted with the courier
- Refunds or replacements will only processed once the courier has confirmed the parcel as lost
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and the order will fall under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
